CHARTER FEE INCLUDES:
a)Hire and insurance of the yacht with all its equipment.
b)Crew wages.
c)Homeport berth.

CHARTER FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
a)Fuel expenses (main engines, generators, tenders).
b)Berth fees outside homeport.

DELIVERY FEES:
Delivery and redelivery fees may be applied to charters that require the yacht to start or finish a charter away from its homeport.

PAYMENT:
1st instalment: 50% of the Charter fee is payable on signature of the contract.
2nd instalment: 50% of the Charter fee + APA (if required) + Delivery/ Redelivery fees (if required), + Security deposit (if required) prior to charter embarkation. VAT: Charter fee will be subject to rates of 21% VAT within European waters.

A.P.A (Advanced Provisioning Allowance):
The Charterer will be charged for all expenses corresponding to fuel, berthing costs, food and beverages and any other particular services that you may request. With the purpose of covering these costs, we will require an advanced provisioning allowance (A.P.A) which is 15% - 30% of the charter fee.
This will be given to the yacht captain prior to boarding the charter. At the end of the charter, and during if requested, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure either with a refund of monies not spent or a request for payment if the APA was exceeded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required for bareboat and in some cases for crewed charters, this deposit covers any damage attributable to negligence, minor accidents or misuse.
